General Affair Staff - Head Office

Responsibilities:

• Purchase goods according to demand from users by considering the available budget, the priority scale of the needs delivered and the company's capabilities
• Process bills arising from General Affair operational activities without passing the predetermined payment period and present in the form of reports as needed
• Establish relationships or cooperative relationships with external parties (vendors) through cooperation agreements that are mutually beneficial to both parties
• Conduct inventory and maintain company assets by conducting inventory checking regularly.
• Manage office supply (ATK, printing materials and pantry) and make reports on their use
• Make a report on the recap of operational costs of GA activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field from Banking / Finance Company
• Have knowledge of office management and administration
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in computer operation and Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Have relationship with external parties would be preferred
• Placement : Jakarta Timur
• Knowledge of external factors that can affect market prices (inflation, economic conditions, etc.)
• Have good communication, General knowledge of negotiations
