Job Description

The Human Resource Administrative is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resource department. This includes assisting with various HR tasks and processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  2. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  3. Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and termination letters.
  4. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and answering employee inquiries.
  5. Support HR in organizing training and development programs, including coordinating logistics and maintaining training records.
  6. Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  7. Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  8. Assist in employee relations activities, including organizing employee events, recognizing achievements, and addressing employee concerns.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as recruitment, turnover, and training activities.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of HR information and handle sensitive employee data with discretion.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software and tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
