Human Resources Business Partner

Role:

To manage process of implementing HR policies and system and be a value-added HR Business Partner to the respective client by:

• Facilitating and coordinating with the Industrial Relations section regarding employment issues and monitoring employee relations with companies in the branch area to minimize conflict
• Manage implementation of the system and policies and provide solution
• Manage budgets
• Manage all employee data transaction, analysis and reporting for further decision process
• Develop organization, level of work, and workforce planning to meet the business needs
• Identify the talent, preparing development plan for succession planning and ensure internal equity
• Work closely with the operational branches related to Management, Employees, Union, ec to improve productivity in effective and efficient ways
• Coordinate and validate requests for manpower, training, changes in status, requests for assessments, promotions, demotions, mutations in the branch area
• Manage industrial peace and working with, resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with the regulations, Ensure and monitor disciplinary actions in HO and branch areas carried out according to regulations
• Conduct recruitment process to attract, select and appoint the best candidates to meet the standard required
• Identify training need and participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating the training program effectiveness

Qualification:

• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in HR area, preferably having exposure in organization development or in the same field, understand labor regulations and HR management
• Minimum S1 education, open to all majors
• Strong leadership
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Willing to go on business trips out of town, placement: Medan, Palembang, Bandung, Makassar
• Good at communication skills and teamwork
