Human Resources Generalist Executive

~Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities

2. Serve as a point of contact for employees,

3. Support the performance management process

4. Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans and strategies

5. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, while upholding confidentiality and data privacy.

6. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development

7. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks,

8. Support the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

~Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles within the healthcare industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws specific to the healthcare industry.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

5. Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software applications.

6. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

7. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
