Menganalisa trend rekrutmen bersama dengan PIC Talent Acquisition.

Menganalisa kebutuhan training perusahaan dengan menerapkan TNA bersama dengan PIC Training and Development.

Bertanggung jawab dalam mengawasi kegiatan training sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Berwenang memberi penilaian kinerja SDM.

Mengawasi kegiatan, kondisi internal, serta pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan sumber daya manusia.

At least 3 years of experience as hrd staff

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Flexibility, organization, decision making and problem solving skills

Good team work and interpersonal skills

Holder of Bachelor Degree or equivalent (DIII / S1) jurusan Psychology

Live within 30 minutes from Pluit

Knowledge of application Interface, Reporting & Dashboard, Security, Access, Enterprise Change Management Process, Audits, Application security & data privacy reviews

At least 3+ years of experience in implementing/maintaining HR System, especially Workday (integrations, data migration, reporting and access role, etc)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills and proven track record of successful engagement with Agilent businesses and functions

Strong leadership skills with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, results driven environment

Collaborate with functional and architecture team to establish technical design and perform development and/or configurations

Perform internal tests, and facilitate test arrangement with the business unit

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management

Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills.

Minimum 1 years of working experience as HR/HC

Strong in terms of planning, organizing, and controlling

Passionate in HR Strategic area

Great communicator and able to work with people from all culture background
