:

• Coaching suppliers to improve;
• Selection and evaluation of suppliers with new materials, new processes and new technologies;
• Supplier annual price reduction negoitations, recommend new products, new technologies, reduce procurement cost;
• Focusing on the evaluation and management of strategic suppliers;
• Cooperate with the Quality Departement, Production & Material Control (PMC) and other departement to deal with the purchased products quality abnormalities, and quality disputes, and put forward appropriate improvement measures;
• Analysis of supplier's product production capacity and offer, price and business term of the negotiations, with Legal Departement of the procurement contract review and risk assessment, and follow up on the negotiations and signing of strategic suppliers;
• Audit drawing, cooperate with R&D Engineers to select suitable suppliers for sampling.
• Quarterly raw material price trend prediction and analysis;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
• Familiar with resources, process, cost, testing and selection;
• Strong leadership;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, honest and reliable, responsible, hard working and motivated.
• More than 5 years of related work experience;
