Resource Management Manager Jobs

Focusing on the evaluation and management of strategic suppliers;

More than 5 years of related work experience;

Strong communication and negotiation skills, honest and reliable, responsible, hard working and motivated.

Quarterly raw material price trend prediction and analysis;

Selection and evaluation of suppliers with new materials, new processes and new technologies;

Supplier annual price reduction negoitations, recommend new products, new technologies, reduce procurement cost;

3. Good understanding of various IT roles/positions and relevant technical skills requirements in large organizations

5. Possess good experience and skill in selling, negotiation and deal closing

5. Work with internal Resource Management team to fulfil customer needs

2. Broad knowledge of enterprise IT solutions and software development

7. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with all stakeholders

8. Able to perform costing and pricing analysis with good knowledge of Excel

Minimum 5 years experience in asset management and data base management

Competency needed / leadership: drive for result, influencing skill / motivate others, problem solving and creativity, data management, goodcommunication skill

Familiar with dealing with technical management offreezers, sales operation, distributor operation and vendor management

Manage the implementation of SOP across all regions

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Accounting background or equivalent

Expose to sales operation function is advantage

Assessing resource management processes, governance and related market/business requirements to identify areas for improvement and suggest the potential solution

Experience in vendor management/ labour intensive operations environment

Producing and maintaining necessary requirement and process documentation

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain background.

Strong written and oral communication skill in English.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
