Job Description
A generalist with Human Resources, strategic talent acquisition and recruitment in BPO company
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Great communicator and able to work with people from all culture background
  • Strong in terms of planning, organizing, and controlling
  • Passionate in HR Strategic area
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree in any major
  • Able to work multitask and high pace of working activities
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience as HR/HC
  • Understanding BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan rules
