About The Role

As our People Technology - Functional Associate you’ll report to IT PAC (People and Culture) Information System Lead. You are responsible to perform assessments, system implementation, and program change in the IT PAC technology ecosystem. The incumbent will be responsible for functional configuration in People Systems such as Workday, Darwinbox, and other associated technologies. You will be responsible to create & maintain documentation of changes, audit reports, and other technical documentation requests.

Additionally, a successful incumbent will participate in unit testing for break fixes, small enhancements, and large initiatives in the respective domains. You’ll get to be a part of a team that works to deliver exceptional human capital technology solutions, ensuring everything we do works in harmony with GoTo’s goals and values

About The Team

Our IT PAC (People and Culture) Team is part of the larger IT Enterprise Systems Team under the CIO Organization. IT Enterprise Systems Team, which has more than 50 team members globally, supports and enables business and functions. Working alongside all business and functions, we oversee all internal and enterprise systems, including but not limited to finance, people services, productivity, sales, operations, internal security access, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email. Currently, our team has been busy working on transforming GoTo Hire2Retire business processes and systems, which will help the company to scale, grow, be efficient through automation, and be compliant.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with technical development & support team to deliver requirement-fit technical solutions for PAC business needs
• Translates business requirements to technical requirement documents
• Monitor, maintain, and provide system support
• Collaborate and work with other stakeholders in the Functional and Architecture team to help the organization deliver best-in-class employee experience while fulfilling stakeholder & engineering requirements
• Design and implement strategic plans for managing and maintaining systems in scope
• Implement & enhance PAC system configuration programs related to Employee database, Learning Management, Employee Experience, - Expense Management, and Performance Management

What You Will Need

• Understand and have experience in agile environment
• Experienced in managing systems of Learning Management, Performance Management, Employee Experience, and Expense Management with a strong ability to work with related organizations within IT, business, and project support teams
• At least 2+ years of experience in implementing/maintaining HR Systems, especially Workday (operations, implementation, performance management, etc)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and proven track record of successful engagement with Agilent businesses and functions
• Experienced and passionate in managing complex technical projects to achieve remarkable project deliverables
• Understand HR functional & processes with the ability to contribute effectively in design discussions
