Job Description

We are currently hiring for one of our clients. Currently, they are looking for a Head of HR. Please find the job description and requirements below:

  • Monitor and review HR policies and processes to comply with current industry trends and regulations.
  • Position the HR function as a business partner with other leaders to add value to the business and employee agenda.
  • Lead and manage HR team to provide high-quality HR services for the entire employee life cycle.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and business leaders to ensure HR programs align with business objectives.
  • Integrate global best practices into HR strategies to position the organization as a leader in the industry.
  • Develop strategies to manage and resolve organizational challenges related to ethics, culture, and performance.
  • Identify and develop core capabilities required to deliver against business strategies in a competitive business landscape.
  • Maintain efficient staffing levels to maximize productivity and minimize payroll costs.
  • Manage complex organizational changes and provide insights and guidance to minimize disruptions to operations and employee engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR community and marketplace trends to influence best practices and innovate HR solutions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and culture.


Requirements:


  • Hands-on leadership experience to drive programs and partner with business leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Over 15-20 years of working experience in HR, with at least 8 years in a managerial/leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR cycle at both the operational and strategic level.
  • Strong business acumen to align business objectives with HR programs and strategies.
  • Strong people developer with the ability to formulate HR policies to support team members and business outcomes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic customer-oriented industry, preferably within the retail space or FMCG with sizeable operational headcounts.
  • Strong data analytics and critical thinking with an agile mindset.
  • Experience in a dynamic functional department.
