We are currently looking for highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee performance management and employee development programs
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop hiring plans
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to be able to speak fluent in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
