At least 6 years relevant experience working with SAP FICO module

Good communication and language skills in Bahasa and English (written and spoken)

Handle day-to-day inquiries, which includes (but is not limited to): questions, incidents (bugs), and change requests (mini projects)

Collaborate with both internal (other teams within GoTo) and external (vendors, product principal, etc.) stakeholders in resolving issues

Strong understanding in procurement to pay, order to cash, and record to report business processes

Confident and comfortable facing, influencing, and getting buy-in from counterparts, end-users, and other stakeholders in day-to-day activities

Knowledge/experience related to the banking, fintech, and payment systems industries.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of information systems audit (both internal and external).

Prepare the annual audit plan along with its audit program for the coverage of business processes within the Company.

Lead the Information System (IS) team in carrying out assignments.

Execute audits according to the agreed annual plan and program.

Monitor the progress of audit projects.

4-year experience in related fields.

Have knowledge of IT audit (General Control and Application Control).

Having knowledge of cyber security such as vulnerability assessment or penetration testing is preferred.

Have knowledge of IT standards or best practices (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO 27000).

Having certification (CISA, CND, CEH, CHFI, COBIT, etc.) will be preferred.

Have good communication skills (Indonesia & English), both verbally and in writing

Time-management, Communication & Leadership skills

Carry out leave management, permits, for all employees

Manage the personnel administration system according to procedures

Minimum 2 years of working experience as HCIS

Hands-on experience with HCIS (Talenta Software) is a MUST

Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors

2 years of experience as Marketing Information System Supervisor / Coordinator (preferably FMCG Industry)

Great team orientation leadership skills

Have coordinating and monitoring skills

Bachelor’s Degree preferable from Statistics

Strong in data process, data analyze & data sales control

Computer literate in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Perform data entry and manage partner/lead database

Passionate, committed, and responsible individual with a strong academic and non-academic background. (at least 1 year experience is preferred)

Has knowledge of ERP system and system integration

Has excellent oral and written communication skills

Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others (social skill)

Improve System Efficiency : constantly monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement.

Give Trainings : HRIS creates the appropriate user documentation and procedures. They also assist in training users on the updated functionality.
