Responsible for scheduling meeting based on request and taking meeting minutes

Consolidate status report from each team, prepare weekly status report, and prepare minutes/key actions from weekly SAP Internal CR meeting

Strong experience in developing for user, functional and system requirements

Experience working with the languages (e.g. SAPUI5, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, jQuery).

Experience with SAP Web IDE

Experience in Fiori Design patterns, expertise in UI Theme designer.

Capturing and tracking functional requirements

Experience in Fiori Launchpad configuration

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling SAP Basis.

Required skills: SAP Basis, SQL Server, JavaScript.

Having excellent troubleshooting skill, analytical thinking.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.

S1 information system / Computer system / Informatics technics management / Computer Accounting

Fresh graduate / 1 years experience

Perform SAP Config and testing, develop specifications for development of forms/reports/interface

Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology

Deliver key user and administration training

Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all

Reporting to management as per SAP Project Governance (e.g. escalation management, communication management, risk management, quality management).

Ensure proper use of project management methodology (AGILE), standards, tools, processes and procedures

Experience of delivering SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud will be an added advantage

Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of project according to plan.

Analyse risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.

More than 10-12 years of SAP working experience in SAP.

Qualification certification in internationally accepted project management standards and structured methodologies, e.g. PRINCE 2, PMBoK

Help with resource, scope, risk management and managing stakeholder communication

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related field, or the equivalent inexperience

Create documents / diagrams / other artifacts as needed.

Min. 2 years experience in the same field

Bachelor degree of Information System/Computer Science/Accounting

Expert in functional module of SAP S4 Hana/ECC

Mastering one of module: FICO or PP, QM

Familiar with manufacturing business processess

- Have knowledge and experience in SAP SD Modules and a good understanding of configuration SAP SD.

-Expertise in SAP SD configuration, including customizing standard functions, pricing, sales management, shipping, and invoicing.

- Min 3 -5 years of working experience as an SAP Functional SD

-In-depth understanding of business processes in Sales and Distribution.

-Ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to SAP SD.

- Understand the relationship of the SD module with other modules like MM and FICO

• Has project management skills

• Experience in other SAP SD module will be an added advantage

• Manage project stakeholders and risks

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP & QM modules.

• Extensive knowledge in SAP PP & QM modules. Knowledge in SD is an advantage.

• Able to provide solutions for complex business requirements

2. At least 3-4 years of experience in SAP Basis

4. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill

1. Generate EWA report from SAP Solution Manager

3. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

2. Periodic restore testing on all SAP Server

3. Healthy check on all VM SAP server, analyze & recognize system alert

IT PMO Background or Business Process Management Background with High/strong Technical Aptitude
