Now we are looking for an experienced iT Support to be part of our fast growing team and our Company's journey.
Roles:
As a fast startup insurance-tech Company, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn, data self driven, open minded, highly motivated and enthusiastic in making a significant impact with our fast growing team and becoming Prodigi’s achievements.
Job Requirements:
- Inventory and manage licensed software
- Monitor IT helpdesk ticketing system/email for Inquiries, Assistance, Troubleshooting, or Training needed from users and VIPs related to Hardware and Software installed on the user’s workstation.
- First point of contact for daily IT administration support.
- Working closely with an IT vendor.
- Liaison & Assist Vendors and Procurement in the Deployment of new or upgraded Hardware and Software, and Troubleshooting to resolve user’s problems. Inventory IT assets (laptop, printer, scanner, router, etc.)
- Train co-workers on the new or existing functionality of the services.
- Supporting IT security audit
- Handle network connectivity in the offline & online office
- Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Handle granting & revoking user access request
- Handle reporting for any incident regarding the previous tasks.
- Document report for Activities, Problem Status, and Resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Have experience in configuring Mikrotik for network access & VPN connection
- 3-4 years experience as IT helpdesk / Technical support / IT support
- Knowledge about Domain, SSL, Office 365, GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack
- Have experience handling inquiries from Vendors & VIP users
- Good to have: Have experience conducting IT internal audits related to ISO 27001
- Willing to work on-site when needed (Jakarta)
- Have experience as an Administrator for Atlassian products (i.e. Jira)
