Min. 1-3 years experience in Application Support

Experience in ERP, especially in SAP S/4 HANA

Experience in implementation project application

Detail-oriented, experience in documentation system

Experience in creating user manual application

Installing and configuring the application, both in Head Office and Branches Office

- Melakukan System Integration Test (SIT) dan Unit Test (UT)

- Mendampingi User Acceptance Test (UAT).

- Diploma (D-3) Jurusan Informasi/Teknik Informatika, atau yang relevan.

- Strata Satu (S-1) Sistem Informasi/Teknik Informatika, atau yang relevan.

- Kurang dari 2 tahun menjadi odoo developer - Fresh Graduate( Freshgraduate Programmer )

Gather user requirements and performs analysis, designing, functional design, configuration, testing, UAT, and implementation of SAP solutions.

Minimum 2-3 years of SAP FICO/MM/SD/ISH experience working in Implementation / Rollout/Support projects.

Having ABAP programming skills, FIORI & HANA Database is a plus

Analyze SAP incidents raised by users, perform root cause analysis and investigate solutions. Inform users and/or first-level support regarding resolution.

Liaise with SAP Team lead to creating SAP training material.

Responsible for entering and maintaining data within SAP Corporate guidelines.

Strong knowledge of SAP modules, such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, etc.,Should have Hands-on experience in S/4HANA.

Develop & build user reports for the senior management for decision making

Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on the functionalities and capabilities of the SAP system.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
