👑 Job Role

  • Managing IT assets of equipment and components
  • Maintains records and databases containing information regarding asset management & licenses for the organizations hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring system security
  • Install and configure software and hardware systems on IT devices
  • Establish accounts for new and/or existing users and assist them to get to know how to operate


⛩️ Requirements

  • Proficiency in setting & operating IT networks (such as Mikrotik, Unify, Engenius, CCTV, IPPBX)
  • Proactive, fast response and have a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks/projects
  • Willingness to work with high mobilization
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support & Asset Management
  • Proficiency in setting & operating Google Suite and Office 365
  • Problem solving to determine the problem and find an effective solution
  • Self-organized, detail oriented and team oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field
