Our client is a Freight forwarding companyfocusing on shipping and logistic. They are looking for a General Business Manager, that will help building the company internal structure and delegate important tasks as well. You will be reporting to the CEO, who has experienced in the respective industry throughout his career.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the progress and success of our company. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing marketing and sales strategies to achieve predetermined targets.
• Managing and coordinating all available resources effectively in line with the company's vision and mission.
• Maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Planning, managing, and controlling the company's budget.
• Collaborating with teams to create a harmonious and synergistic work environment across all departments.
• Creating policies, strategies, and decisions to propel the company forward.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrates high levels of professionalism and optimism.
• Creative, innovative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the transportation and logistics industry (Freight Forwarding) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong leadership, managerial, customer relationship, communication, and emotional skills.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
