A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in Cybersecurity Technical areas.

Proven track record as a Cybersecurity Technical Project Manager, successfully overseeing end-to-end technical projects.

Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry best practices.

Minimum 2 years of prior experience in Product Delivery or Project Management within an Agile setting.

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

Ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap in alignment with the Product Manager’s responsibilities.

Collaborate at a strategic level with product managers to handle ongoing product needs and team composition.

Possibly manage risks, coordinate the development team, handle external parties, and manage procurements to facilitate successful delivery.

Collaborate with the Product team to establish a clear Definition of Quality and Product Completion Standards, and ensure team alignment.

Produce reports to update management on the performance and progress of project initiatives.

Bachelor degree in project, product management, or marketing

Managing and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, and reviewing progress

Optimize, monitor, and manage the project to drive the project’s result

Minimum 2 years of working experiences in agency and retail FMCG are mandatory

Having experience working as a Project leader, coordinator, or Team Lead is a plus

- 5 yrs experience as Java-Springboot Developer

- 1-2 yrs experience in senior/leadership role

- Constantly find the way for the improvements & optimizing software and testing components.

- Generate and supervise the generation of project documentations during the development lifecycle.

- Provide feedbacks of issues/possible issues/improvement to Technical Leader/Delivery Leader

- Provide support and assistance to the other project team member whenever needed

Project management certifications (such as PMP, PSM, or PRINCE2) are desirable

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, senior management, and external auditors

Manage and negotiate requirements/change requests from clients.

At least 1-year experience as a technical project manager, or lead software engineer

The Technical Project Manager is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:

Prior experience as a software engineer.

Leading the Engineering and Deployment of Application for Building Management System / Energy Management System in East Asia Japan.

Alert on a possible non-technical feasibility as soon as identified. Provide necessary reporting to the PM and management.

Proven ability to lead with agility functional and remote technical team having different fields of expertise

Excellent problem solving and organization skills

University Bachelor / Master Engineering Degree

Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
