:

• Liaising with the client and team on a daily basis
• Maintain day-to-day tasks of manpower monitoring, data reporting, weekly meeting, and allocation of manpower
• Optimize, monitor, and manage the project to drive the project’s result
• Monitor team’s progress and compliance with the project plan, manage and mitigate risks and resources stage-gates and adjust project plan when necessary.
• Responsible for the team’s performance
• Produce reports to update management on the performance and progress of project initiatives.
• Managing and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, and reviewing progress

Requirements:

• Can speak confidently about project’s related matters and able to provide the relevant data to back it up
• Having experience working as a Project leader, coordinator, or Team Lead is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in agency and retail FMCG are mandatory
• Field knowledge in Tangerang and Jabodetabek
• Growth mindset
• Detail and process-oriented whilst results-driven
• Placement: Jakarta Barat (Cengkareng) Pengalaman bekerja sebagai Admin/PIC di agency
• Communication skills in written, speaking, and documentation
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel fluently (formula, Pivot, Dashboard, presentation)
• Bachelor degree in project, product management, or marketing
