Procurement Superintendent - Epc

Our client is a mining company, and they are currently hiring some procurement superintendent, with below work description and requirement, as follow.

Working Responsibilities:

• The procurement specialist works closely with various departments ; negotiates the most cost-effective purchases according to the specifications.
• Process purchase orders; develops bids and proposals; and reconcile any invoice discrepancies.
• Negotiate cost effective purchases for all supplies and services, while meeting all users guidelines and quality specifications.
• Review of vendor/contractor history to determine that they are capable of produce the goods and services required.
• This position provides procurement service to the company in relation with mining infrastructure acquisition and development.
• Prepare and analyze proposals and determine appropriate elections of suppliers based on the company standards and expectations.
• Manage and enhance procurement policies, procedures and programs
• Provide accounting staff with required approved documentation, so that procurement of materials and services may be placed, shipped, and paid in a timely fashion.

Working Requirements:

• Willing to rellocate to mining site.
• Someone with absolute integrity.
• Having at least 8 years experience in EPC business.
• Having professional English proficiency.
