Project She Coordinator (Contract)

PT. Supreme Energy Muara Laboh, a multinational geothermal energy company, located in Solok Selatan, West Sumatera is seeking for Project SHE Coordinator to work at our site location for expansion project of our geothermal power plant. This position will be directly hired under PT. Supreme Energy Muara Laboh.

The Project SHE Coordinator is responsible to set up, improve, maintain and monitor the implementation of SHE programs for the project to ensure its compliance in accordance with the Company’s policy and procedures and pertinent laws and regulations. Also responsible to handle as control check of administrative/paper/document work relate with safety, services, field personnel on board with meet schedule, effective, efficient and safety-health-environment standard.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience as SHE professional in similar industry,geothermal experience is preferred.
• Bachelor degree (S1) from Occupational Safety and Health/ Public Health or Environmental Engineering (preferred) or Equivalent with extensive practical experience as SHE officer.
• Good in English is mandatory, both verbal and written
• Solid leadership to ensure his/her ideas are followed by the stakeholders
• Highly motivated person, self-started and proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety and also experience in implementing OSH training programs.
• Experience in formulating, implementing and revising H&S policies and procedures

This position will be stationed in Muara Laboh, Solok Selatan, West Sumatera with rotational working schedule.
