Job Description
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Our client is a mining company in Central Indonesia. They are hiring contract administrator with following responsibilities and expected qualifications.
Working responsibilities:
Reviewing and analyzing contract terms, conditions, and specifications to identify potential risks and issues.
Collaborating with internal teams, including legal, procurement, and finance, to ensure contract compliance and mitigate risks.
Monitoring contract performance, tracking key milestones, and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.
Assisting in the development and implementation of contract management processes, templates, and best practices.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and clients to foster productive and collaborative partnerships.
Serving as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, clarifications, and dispute resolution.
Generating reports and providing timely updates on contract status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and potential risks.

Expected Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and contract drafting.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex documents.
