As the International Business Manager at ProcMart Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion efforts in the South East Asia and Middle East regions. We are seeking a self-starter with 5-10 years of experience in international business development to help adapt and replicate our successful domestic strategies on the global stage.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth markets, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the target regions.

2. Develop and execute market entry strategies for South East Asia and the Middle East, including identifying key partnerships and alliances.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt existing products and services to meet international market demands.

4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the target regions.

5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of international operations and implement necessary adjustments.

6. Manage the overall P&L responsibility for international operations, ensuring financial targets are met.

7. Stay updated with international regulations, market dynamics, and economic trends that may impact the business.

8. Lead and motivate a team of professionals in the international division.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of 5-10 years in international business development, preferably in South East Asia.

3. Strong understanding of B2B Procurement and experience in scaling businesses in diverse markets.

4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.

5. Demonstrated ability to adapt and implement successful domestic strategies in international markets.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

7. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

8. Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages spoken in South East Asia and Middle East regions is a plus.
