Recruitment Manager

• Searching, finding, and hiring talent as per Company’s needs
• Build a robust and consistent talent pool
• Coordinate the entire process of hiring
• Make a content for reaching candidate in social media platform
• Screen, shortlist and conduct preliminary interview of shortlisted candidates
• Plan and manage staffing projection
• Handle the orientation of new employees

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of Human Resource Management experience, in-depth knowledge of all HR functions and their implementation.
• Preferably Bachelor Degree Psychology
• In-depth familiarity with the rules and laws governing employment.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Strong experience in Recruitment and talent management, good English skills.
