Recruitment Manager

We are a Singapore based company expanding in Indonesia region. We are looking for Manager (Permanent Placement) who are keen to join us as pioneer to build the brand as a team.

Individuals who are the most successful here are self-motivated, self-directed, and possess highly developed communication and client liaison skills. You’ll need high energy, the ability to manage multiple priorities and demands, and superior client services skills. And, we always prefer team players who can work with colleagues as effectively as they work with clients.

:

• Providing good customer service and build excellent relationships and rapport with both clients and candidatesIdentifying and developing new clients / business contacts through cold calling, business visits and other channels where necessary.
• Ensuring repeated assignments from current clients to actively grow existing accounts
• Able to work independently and a team player.
• Perform full cycle of recruitment for the Asia region.
• Source for suitable candidates via different platforms and media.
• Managing clients and candidates’ expectations.
• Able to multi-task and possess high energy level.
• Perform research on market segments and industries.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management from Singapore HQ to achieve the country growth target.
• Business development activities focused on recruitment services.
• Ensure that the team achieves weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
• Recruit, train and develop a team of capable recruitment consultants to serve our clients.
• P&L management of the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• High-energy and passion
• Experience working with MS Office
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Effective communication skills
