What can you expect from the role?

• Create technical standards during project implementation
• Implement continuous improvement activity in packing area with deep analysis, eq. OEE improvement program, waste reduction management, strategic project, digitalization system, etc
• Lead productivity improvement program in operation through OTIF in target during every weekly production plan with manufacturing excellence method implementation
• Manage cost management in manufacturing operation
• Conduct NVAA reduction program and skill matrix improvement in shopfloor operation
