Merchant Operations Lead Jobs

Support the Productivity leader & FP&A operations manager with P&L-specific analytics & requests.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

A minimum of 6+ years’ financial work experience, including FP&A

Support planning cycle for the intercontinental P&L and drive closing & reporting communication (quarter close, operating reviews).

Ownership of applications P&L including purchased services, T&L, headcount, and cost

Proven track record of strong end-to-end project management skills, encompassing the development of data-driven communications strategies and tactics, execution, and reporting

Experience in crisis communications and issues management

Efficiently handle incidents, issues, or crisis situations related to industries or merchants, including response management and mitigation

Knowledge of F&B, online food delivery, MSMEs, and technology issues, including the policies and public sentiments surrounding them, particularly in Indonesia

Develop strategic approaches and narratives in alignment with the company and product's mission

Implement communication strategies and programs to enhance the reputation of Gojek, GoFood, and GoBiz

Manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to facilities management, office procurement, and record-keeping.

3+ years of success in an operations or project management role.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and individuals effectively.

Oversee and manage operational processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Oversee the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects and initiatives to completion.

Achieving sales targets set by Management.

Bachelor degree in business management/administration, marketing or related field

Assisting in the onboarding of merchant and relationship from qualification to post sales set up to maintain service level agreement (SLA)

Experience as Sales leader min 1 year

Have knowledge in banking, EDC & QRIS

Have good communication and negotiation skills

Have good task management skills

Have a strong people management skills and quick adaptation in new environment

Have experience managing people including agent recruitment, performance management and training need analysis

Define portfolio management process for internal and external collection team

Actively involved in collection project management

Minimum 4 years experience in collection managerial position, or equivalent to 6 years experience as collection assistant manager in financing industry

Mininum 2 years' working experience in operations management or similar role

Strong knowledge about operations and/or supply chain management

Implement inventory plan and management, logistics, and distribution to reduce cost and maximize profit

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related major

Manage the company’s overall supply chain (inventory planning, warehouse, logistics, and distribution) strategy to maximize the Indonesia revenue

Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Operational excellence knowledge and experience setting operational objectives

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience

Accountable for the development of execution strategies to ensure consistent and quality product while driving reliability centered manufacturing operations.

Lead, direct and control capital and operating budgets for multiple low to medium complexity plants.

Strong project management skill to manage complex projects; also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders

Analyze our complex and ever-growing data, present insights, and propose strategic options to management to drive business decisions

BS in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience

At least 4 years of working experience in a growth or product role (growth marketing, data analysis, BI, strategy, etc)

Strong business acumen and analytical thinking. Comfortable translating high-level business requirements into structured analytical steps

Experienced in planning, designing, and executing experiments. Also comfortable working with frequentist statistics to analyze experiment results
