Logistic And Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Logistics Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and implement logistics plans and strategies to optimize the transportation, installation, storage, and distribution of batteries, swap cabinet , and other materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources to support the company's battery swap operations and growth.

2.Inventory Management:

• Oversee the management of inventory levels, including tracking, forecasting, and replenishment of batteries, equipment, and other materials.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on stock levels and availability.

3.Transportation and Distribution:

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage the transportation and distribution of materials, including selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.

4.Warehouse and Storage Management:

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the proper handling, storage, and disposal of batteries and other hazardous materials.
• Oversee the management of warehouses and storage facilities, including layout, organization, and maintenance to ensure efficient and safe operations.

5.Supplier and Partner Relationship Management:

• Monitor the performance of logistics partners and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure high levels of service and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.

Qualification:

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant professional certification such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CQI (Certified Quality Inspector) could be a plus.

Experience Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience in managing a team, handling inventory management, overseeing transportation and distribution, and dealing with suppliers and logistics partners.
3. Previous experience in quality control planning, strategy, and inspections.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, as well as quality control methodologies.
2. Proficiency in inventory control systems and logistics management tools.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex logistical and quality issues.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
6. A good understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
7. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for quality control.

Other Requirements:

1. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
2. An understanding of the electric vehicle industry and battery swap operations would be beneficial.
