Preparing and checking import & export documents.

Liaise with Air Asia overseas, suppliers, and Freight Forwarders to manage export-import arrangements, shipment coordination, and compliance with procedures and regulations.

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role.

Experience in the aviation industry (supply chain/logistics) is advantageous, or exposure to Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Customs Brokerage.

Experience in Customs Audit procedures.

Administer and conduct all import and export processes for aircraft spare parts, overseeing deliveries and shipments via airfreight or sea freight.

Lead and manage administrative works to meet line manager’s needs and comply with the Company’s requirements

Collaborate with Finance and Accounting for Project and General Admins Spending and Tracking

Assist line manager in business works (arrange appointments, prepare contents for presentations)

Owner of key documents approval process, Verify the sufficiency of documents / information prior to proceeding to line manager’s signatures

Manage relevant document Processing as per needed in the Project Works as per control’s guidance

At least 5 years of experiences at relevant role

Good knowledge of supply chain management, customer service management, and inventory management

Manage & monitoring logistic process

Have experience minimal 4 years as logistic supervisor/ inventory supervisor

Ensuring the business compliance to regulations

Checking and analyse stock and sales reports

Participate to coordinate with related department

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Oversee the management of inventory levels, including tracking, forecasting, and replenishment of batteries, equipment, and other materials.

Oversee the management of warehouses and storage facilities, including layout, organization, and maintenance to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Supplier and Partner Relationship Management:

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, as well as quality control methodologies.

Proficiency in inventory control systems and logistics management tools.

At least 3 years of experience in logistic and transportation management, preferably in the hospitality industry

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize and multi-task

Supervise and manage a team of logistics professionals

Organize and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained

Manage the transportation of goods and services between AYANA Komodo and other locations

Knowledge of the latest logistics and transportation software applications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, maritime studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in supply chain management within the marine industry, preferably in a supervisory role

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards within the marine industry

Strong knowledge of marine supply chain principles, processes, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with marine equipment and spare parts
