About the Supply Chain Strategic and Improvement Manager (Mining) Role:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or industrial engineering or computer science

Familiar with ERP applications (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Ellipse)

Familiar with data/business/system analysis, heavy equipment contractors, major dealer, manufacturing, logistics or consulting companies

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in your functional area of the supply chain.

Lead and manage full lifecycle implementation projects using leading practices, methods, frameworks, and maturity models 


Lead large scale planning, execution and controlling activities for projects' strategic benefits and objectives, or subsections of large/complex programs

Actively expand transformative consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients.

Recent experience in specific areas of expertise: demand planning with logistic and manufacturing efficiency experiences is a value added.

About 5+ years of experience in a supply chain environment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Oversee the management of inventory levels, including tracking, forecasting, and replenishment of batteries, equipment, and other materials.

Oversee the management of warehouses and storage facilities, including layout, organization, and maintenance to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Supplier and Partner Relationship Management:

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, as well as quality control methodologies.

Proficiency in inventory control systems and logistics management tools.

Automatiseren van stuurinformatie en het helpen ontwikkelen van de interne IT systemen.

Design and execute consolidated reporting requirements, such as campaign or business reports, to monitor performance by collaborating closely with key stakeholders.

Offer a comprehensive perspective on market and competitive insights to enable effective and strategic decision-making.

4+ years of experience in the fashion brand industry

Solid knowledge of the local brand sector

Experience in managing or developing fashion brands

Strong analytical abilities in understanding consumer insights, current market data, and trends

Minimum 4-6 years of working experience on similar positions with similar responsibilities.

Experience in partnership and in effectively building relationships, excellent communication skills and appreciation for different culture

Good communication and presentation skills

Prepare financial and statistical Brand/Marketing related report.

Provide support on calculation of brand profitability.
