Desty's mission is to make digital commerce available for everyone. Founded in September 2020, in the midst of the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, we see the urgent needs of a great tool for a fast-growing community of people who want to start their own business. Our solution is a digital platform that serves as a single online destination for creators, influencers, and merchants to promote and sell their products. Desty currently offers many e-commerce solutions, including Desty Omni, a system to manage your stocks and orders across marketplaces.
Our founding team members are all Internet and e-commerce veterans, with extensive experience from well-known Chinese, SEA & US tech companies such as Alibaba, Google, Facebook, Gojek, Lazada, etc. We currently operate HQ offices in both Jakarta and Hangzhou, China.

For this position, we are looking for driven and passionate individuals to be our Business Development Manager. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a big interest in contents, especially food contents. Someone who thinks outside the box or... without the box. Requirements:

• Maintain existing customer relationships, understand customer needs, promote the optimization of company products and services;
• Responsible for the business development of DESTY team, developing new customer resources and expanding the company's business scope;
• Participate in the planning and implementation of the company's brand promotion and marketing activities.
• Follow up market dynamics, collect industry information, analyze market trends, and provide reference for company strategic decision-making;
• Assist the sales team in completing sales tasks, formulate sales plans and strategies;

Requirements:

• Good accumulation and maintenance ability of customer resources;
• More than 3 years of business development or sales work experience, familiar with sales process and various sales skills;
• Strong market analysis and decision-making ability;
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, business management and other related fields is preferred;
• Need strong English reading and writing ability. If you have Chinese ability, would be a plus point.
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Proficient in using office software, with good document management skills.
