Supply Chain Development Advisor Jobs

Procurement and supply management or other relevant pharmacy sector experience;

Establishes and participates in integrated project/activity management groups for health commodities procurement and supply chain management.

As needed, prepare position papers for USAID senior management regarding policy dialogue with the GoI authorities and other stakeholders.

Knowledge of and experience with global commodity and procurement programs including the Global Fund for AIDS, TB and Malaria, and others.

Experience engaging or working with Private sector stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills in order to multi-task and stay organized in a complex, frequently changing environment;

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management particularly in the Indonesia context.

A Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Logistics Management and Procurement, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline.

Strengthen the capacity of NAP on procurement and supply chain management of HIV health commodities:

Knowledge on drug registration status, drug donation guidelines and drug safety especially for the 2nd line drugs.

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills to measure outcomes of project activities and support project supervision.

Provide technical inputs for annual and semi-annual forecasting and quantification at the national and provincial levels.

Proficient in using office software, with good document management skills.

Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, business management and other related fields is preferred;

More than 3 years of business development or sales work experience, familiar with sales process and various sales skills;

Good communication and teamwork skills;

Responsible for the business development of DESTY team, developing new customer resources and expanding the company's business scope;

Maintain existing customer relationships, understand customer needs, promote the optimization of company products and services;

Programme management: input into programme design and lead implementation of key programmes. Work with data systems to record and track progress.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:

Multiple language skills would be a plus.

Manage the internal stock transfer calculation and coordinate execution with Warehouse and Logistic Team

Bachelor’s degree and above with 1+ years of experience

Has experience in SQL and Data analytics will be an advantage

Perform buying analysis for new product

Responsible in weekly replenishment for existing product
