About The Role :

This role will work closely with business teams to articulate supply chain needs, pain points and functional requirements, to drive supply chain solutions, innovation, collaboration of the teams and excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, process engineering, and supply chain management.

Job Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Solutions

1. Responsible for identifying potential 3PL partners (warehousing, logistics, freight forwarding, custom broker, etc.) and managing the RFP process from vendor selection, rates negotiation, final evaluation up to implementation stage,
2. Partner with the key account managers in business development efforts through maintenance of customer satisfaction and solutioning of value creation opportunities,
3. Conduct detailed analysis on understanding business needs and identifying pain point of supply chain, logistics and related processes, capabilities, and systems,
4. Provide alternate views and solutions to business challenges through impact analysis and weighing of the various costs and benefits.

Operational Excellence

1. Support performance improvement through standard SOP analysis, enhancement and documentation,
2. Spearhead process improvement projects, from process gap identification to solution design and implementation, as well as operational change management,
3. Drive 3PL in warehouse and logistics activities to achieve consistent and high-level productivity and performance, creating value for internal and external stakeholders,
4. Support monitoring and analysis of performance data such as KPI and productivity reports, as well as financial data such as billing reports and account P&L,
5. Lead the best practices sharing and implementations across regions.

Product Management (OMS, WMS)

1. Be the subject matter expert in Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS),
2. Lead and drive project implementation and solutions of OMS and WMS such as functional specs review, system configuration & integrations, and related change management,
3. Monitor system performance and liaise with cross functional teams on issues resolving,
4. Responsible for system account management and conduct regular systems trainings.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business with a relevant specialization,
2. At least 2 - 5 years of working experience in supply chain and logistics,
3. Warehouse, logistics, freight forwarding and supply chain operational knowledge at a detailed level,
4. Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills,
5. Comfortable with presenting and communicating with customers and stakeholders within all levels of the organization,
6. Excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets,
7. Proficient in process flow & layout design tools (MS Visio, AutoCAD, etc.),
8. Expertise in Ecommerce platform system functionalities, as well as OMS & WMS,
9. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the tenacity to perform in a fast-paced environment,
10. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), able to speak Chinese would be a plus,
11. Based in residential country, able to travel around the regions (SEA & CN)
