Supply Chain Lead Jobs

Supply Chain Leads will help the company to; coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company's goods. MAINLY FOCUSED WITHIN WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities

• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
• Hires and trains departmental supervisors.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
• Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; Masters degree preferred (Optional relative to acquired experienced related to the field, see point number 2)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Three years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position required.
