Deliver training for Operational staff and Head Office staff

Design and make the training module

On-field training or do observation

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, maritime studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in supply chain management within the marine industry, preferably in a supervisory role

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards within the marine industry

Strong knowledge of marine supply chain principles, processes, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with marine equipment and spare parts

Strong project management skills for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of supply chain projects, such as planning, implementation, and monitoring.

Plan order purchase according to DOI agreement in order to manage NWC.

Manage allocation , relocation to fulfill forecast at branch

Coordination with Finance to complete the GR-IR process.

Min. 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain

Review OTIF last month & future improvements

5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics roles.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and change management techniques.

Track record in Project Management tracking tools such as Monday.com, Jira or equivalent.

Country management board members and main functions (regulatory, medical, BUs Head, Finance, Controlling, Internal Control, Commercial, IS…)

Cooperate with management in the provision of a healthy and safe workplace at the warehouse/distribution centres

University degree, preferably majoring in Engineering, Business or Logistics Management

Strong leadership skills, leading teams toward a culture of collaboration and excellence of performance through Engagement

In depth knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes & current best practices

Ability to manage cost performance, supply/demand forecasting & distribution execution across a variety of product lines from multiple sources

Good knowledge in warehouse and transportation management systems

Prepare reports and supply chain analysis to facilitate management decision making

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Transportation or related fields

Demonstrate a working understanding of supply chain management

Demonstrated knowledge of sales forecasting, material requirements planning, and purchase order processing

Minimum 3 years experience in the same role, preferably in F&B Startup.
