🔍 Position: Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our supply chain management, coordinating with various stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks will be instrumental in keeping our supply chain running seamlessly.

📋 Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with other members of the supply chain including suppliers, vendors, shipping companies, and warehouse managers to ensure all shipments are delivered on time.

2. Maintaining inventory levels by ordering materials needed for production.

3. Coordinating with marketing teams to identify and resolve any issues causing disruptions to the supply chain.

4. Communicate with vendors regarding order status or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain.

5. Reviewing inventory levels, prices, and vendor contracts to identify areas for improvement in efficiency or cost savings.

6. Ensuring compliance with applicable federal laws, state regulations, and company policies regarding hazardous materials handling.

7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as those pertaining to labeling and shipping times.

8. Creating reports on supply chain activities and performance, including purchase orders, inventory levels, shipment schedules, and production schedules.

9. Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing plans to mitigate these risks.

🎓 Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain management or coordination.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and with a team.
