Supply Chain Process Analyst

• Ensure the interface with Regional Supply Chain Applied Systems Manager
• Ensure the ad equation between the needs of Supply Chain and the functionalities provide by the Supply Chain Information System
• Manage internal periodic inventory
• Provide a functional support on the Supply Chain information system on site (Compass, …)
• Reported and described to the Regional Supply Chain Applied Systems Manager needs in terms of evolution of functional information system of the supply chain
• Regular contact with others departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional Teams.
• Implement locally new functionalities according to the local needs of Supply Chain
• Ensure training for end users and new comers
• Ensure that settings and parameters of the information systems on the site is relevant and comply with the local Supply Chain needs
• Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System like Compass 1000
• Monitor the local Supply Chain information System to avoid any deviation compare to the Group standard
• Manage the Inventory Cycle Counting and analyses gaps in link with internal flows analyst
• Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain the continuity of supply chain flow (monitor interface, ensure that Poka Yoke is in place and applied…)

QUALIFICATION

• Excellent analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Depth knowledge in ERP (SAP is preferred)
• Min 2 years experience in Supply Chain/Logistics area in automotive or manufacturing
• Bachelor or diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or other related.
