About This Job

As the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's logistics operations. Your expertise in 3PL and ecommerce, coupled with over 10 years of experience, will contribute to enhancing their end-to-end supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and streamline business processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide visionary leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
• Leverage your extensive 3PL and ecommerce background to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to the company's needs.
• Lead and manage the entire supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination from procurement to delivery.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications:

• Strategic thinker with the capability to develop and execute initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with a diverse team and stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving strategic goals.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end supply chain operations, driving process improvements, and delivering results.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations and supply chain management, with a strong focus on 3PL and ecommerce.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional supply chain certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Adept at building relationships with vendors, partners, and clients, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery.
• Bachelors degree in Logistic, Transportation, or equivalent.
