Our client is a prominent chemical supplier and manufacturing company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the industrial water treatment space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.
Job Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement in current internal prodedures and analysing Market Supply Chain trends
• Lead day-to-day Deployment Activities across SEA throughout its implementation lifecycle.
• Plans and Manages Business strategic process and analyse its related risks.
• Supporting Organisational Goals, create and enhance long-term plans to promote Corporate Expansion by increasing its supply chain efficiency.
• Facilitate Lean activities and workshops including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5Why, fishbones analysis for process improvement and lead kaizen activities across SEA

Key Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Travelling required for the role.
• Fluency in English is a MUST.
• Strong Project Management Skills, a Strategic Thinker with Strong Organisational and Problem-Solving Skills.
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply chain with significant experience in planning, logistics and/or manufacturing
