Hrbp Manager For Supply Chain

PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time, Tim Tam, and Nyam Nyam. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate HRBP Manager for Supply Chain, the successful person will be expected to responsible in organizational capability, talent development, performance management, selection and retention program, managing employee relation and employee engagement within the Supply Chain and RD/QA division including in the accomplishment of the organization-wide business plan and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure organizational structure to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) through selection and retention, performance management, review and development of talents, and provide assistance to achieve the objectives.
2. Develop and implement site training and development plan/budget including delivery of core food industry competencies for operators, and ensure quality and safety trainings well-implemented.
3. Responsible for the professional development of the leaders to effectively manage their respective functions
4. Ensure effective communication strategies are implemented and employees are consulted on all change initiatives.
5. Address all union issues and assist managers in dealing with disputes and employee grievances
6. Make sure employee engagement program are well-implemented and improved.

Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:

1. Bachelor or Master degree from any disciplines with minimum 5 years experience in human resource management practices
2. Knowledge of current Strategic HRM practices
3. Detailed knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law, particularly workplace relations act
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Able to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment
6. Preferably having experience in dealing with Unions, using strong negotiations skills
