About The Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing) Role

Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager leads and manages the site Supply Chain CI team with the objectives of maximising the service level, minimising the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Supply Chain Quality System
• Identify and generate opportunities for improvement
• Support the project and purchasing teams by proposing the best solutions leading to maximising the service level, minimising the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers
• Deploy all supply chain standards, guidelines, working methods, methodologies and tools in the site and toward suppliers
• Ensure all supply chain activities to support New Project Introduction or Engineering Change

To succeed in this Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing) role, you must have good understanding of conceptual, scoping, management and leadership skills.

Key Requirements

• Eight or more years of managerial level supply chain area
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related major
• Strong skill in SAP
• In-depth knowledge and experience in CIM Supply Chain
• Strong leadership, good at teamwork, systems-driven, analytical, and adept at interpreting data and building efficiencies
