Manage and conduct audit on daily work of LCI pillars to realize operation target

Have deep understanding and rich experience in implementation of continuous improvement methodology

Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with the ability to influence and collaborate

Exceptional oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, writing skills, and a desire to coach others

In-depth knowledge and experience in CIM Supply Chain

Eight or more years of managerial level supply chain area

About The Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing) Role

Deploy all supply chain standards, guidelines, working methods, methodologies and tools in the site and toward suppliers

Ensure all supply chain activities to support New Project Introduction or Engineering Change

Identify and generate opportunities for improvement

Strong organization skill & project management skill.

Support project management to cross functional activity required for project execution.

Proactively work with product line management, engineering, service and other departments to incorporate best practices into the manufacturing environment.

Require Lean, Six Sigma, Quality or other related certification.

Experience in Lean methodology preferred (SPC, DOE, SMED).

Must demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills; willingness to mentor others..

Solid knowledge of Lean and quality principles (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt)

Establish and maintain continuous improvement initiative

Identify problems and lead a wide variety of continuous improvement initiatives.
