3 years of working experience as Relationship Manager for Lending in Banking Industry

Cooperate with other Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking or SME Banking to achieve project/deals related to Supply Chain.

Manage supply chain products development and implementation to support business in Bank.

Perform the business development, implementation, and marketing of bank products /services, activities related to Supply Chain and loan.

Involved in all discussion with credit reviewer for Supply Chain and/or Loan Issues related client’s credit proposal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of ERP systems and supply chain management applications.

Ensuring that all orders are accurately tagged with the right pricing in our Supply Chain Management Applications (JARVIN) and ERP system.

Data & SOP Management for Supply Chain Function:

Proven experience in supply chain data analyst or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.

Supply Chain Finance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Process and review documents related to supply chain finance transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, etc.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policy requirements for transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Track and manage the flow of transaction documents, ensuring timely processing and filing.

Assist other members of the supply chain finance team, providing support and collaboration.

Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and financial institutions to address document-related issues or inquiries.

Relevant certifications/experience in SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain modules are highly desirable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain solutions that meet business needs.

Configure, customize, and test SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain modules to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.

Support the implementation and rollout of SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain modules, including data migration, system integration, and user training.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system

Assist in training end-users on SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain functionality and provide ongoing user support

Min. Bachelor of Accounting/Finance/Business Management with an excellent academic report

To finalize month-end closing for distribution and mill cost and present result to management team.

To highlight and manage potential financial risk and opportunity to top management.

To support Cost Benefits Analysis which related to distribution and mill cost.

Min. 4 years of experiences in the same field (Manufacture Company/FMCG)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Extensive knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL is preferred

4+ years of experience in a Finance Manager role or similar position

Offer insights, strategies, and suggestions based on financial report evaluations

Supervise, direct, and assist the Finance Team in achieving optimal performance

Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

Strong organizational skills, systematic thinking, accuracy, and keen attention to detail

Effective leadership and communication abilities

Experience in Supply Chain Finance / Costing more than 3 years

Any other ad-hoc assignment related to Supply chain finance portfolio.

Roll up costing, routing, checking to standard cost.

Create product line, upload, and update standard cost based on agreed timeline by customers.

Handle inventory adjustment as requested by customer.

Monitor inventory stock status based on company policy.
