Supply Chain Finance Manager

Key responsibilities:

Basic Control & reporting

• To drive strong control over inventory, expenses and balance sheet.
• To prepared weekly & monthly report which related to mill e.g. Waste report, maintenance report, energy report, production output, write off report & Mill performance matrix with KPIs.
• To support Cost Benefits Analysis which related to distribution and mill cost.
• Adherence to all Corporate Financial Instruction (CFI).
• To finalize month-end closing for distribution and mill cost and present result to management team.
• To highlight and manage potential financial risk and opportunity to top management.
• To prepare monthly mill variance analysis.
• Writeoff control and setting right process to identify well in advance specially during changes

Analytics and Business Partnering

• Benchmarking of cost with other KC countries and with companies in Indonesia ( basis public available data).
• To prepare annual & quarter budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing accounts (COGS level) & distribution cost.
• Analysis of distribution and mill cost and drive efficiency
• Drive strong review mechanism with Supply Chain leadership so there is clear assessment of variance of budget and develop corrective plan.
• Capital investment justifications, e.g., Payback, Net Present Value (NPV) & Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
• Working closely with Mill team to identify cost saving project ( ECS), track delivery and work to build pipeline.
• Inventory analysis and optimization

Key Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor of Accounting/Finance/Business Management with an excellent academic report
• Min. 4 years of experiences in the same field (Manufacture Company/FMCG)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and statistical
• Excellent analytical skill
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent in Ms. Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts)
