Now we expand our business, hence we need to find talented person to join our company in South Jakarta, Indonesia as a SCM Manager.

Responsibilities

• S&OP, Demand Planning & Forecasting, Supply Planning, Logistics Optimization, Replenishment Management, DC Operations, CRM
• Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions
• Monitoring Dashboard KPI
• Investigate root causes of operations incidents and service failures as well as propose recommendations to Management for improvements
• Manage distribution, warehousing, inventory and stock control, transportation, shipping and customs activities to achieve the most cost efficient
• Responsible for identifying the accuracy of shipping documentation and custom declaration
• Vendor management, including review and assessment of vendor’s qualification, contract negotiation, appraisal of vendor’s performance, budget management and reporting
• Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) to meet with target
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Ensure supply chains processes meet legal requirements and standards
• Responsible for managing shipment documents to ensure that they are compliance with custom rules and regulations

Qualifications

• An independent worker and a team player who is both business and consumer focused
• Able to lead a team, detail person, good communication and able to work well with all organizations
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamicenvironment
• Have good connection with distributors
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields
• Experience in VMI, project plans, milestone, measures, budgets, resource and time management
• Have experience in handling export & import
• Have 3+ years of professional experiences as SCM in F&B Industry
• Experiences Lead and drive S&OP especially in Supply Planning Meetings
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, AWS Forecast, ARENA, Expert Choice, ArcGIS, SPSS, Google Studio
• English is mandatory
• Process good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead constructive meetings and discussions
