(Supply Chain Tech) Finance Manager

At present, our company boasts a vast network of over 1,000 manufacturers and suppliers spanning the nation. We handle an impressive volume of approximately 50,000 packages delivered daily, covering a diverse range of 200 product categories. With a combined warehouse capacity of 15,000 square meters across multiple locations including Depok, Tangerang, Surabaya, Bogor, Bandung, and Cimanggis, we ensure efficient storage and distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee that financial budgets and transactions are executed properly and efficiently
• Develop financial and operational strategies, including providing guidance to the CFO on financial programs
• Supervise, direct, and assist the Finance Team in achieving optimal performance
• Oversee all facets of the organization's financial systems per established policies
• Maintaining precise financial records and delivering regular reports
• Offer insights, strategies, and suggestions based on financial report evaluations

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills, systematic thinking, accuracy, and keen attention to detail
• 4+ years of experience in a Finance Manager role or similar position
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Effective leadership and communication abilities
• Proficient in creating, analyzing, and interpreting financial reports
• Well-versed in accounting, operational, and financial systems
