About The Opportunity
Modules: Finance and SD/Supply Chain
Project Type: Implementation / Production Support
Location: Jakarta & Purwakarta – Both Onsite
Contract with Client
Nationality: Local Indonesian
Responsibilities

• Provide production support by addressing and resolving SAP-related incidents, problems, and change requests in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Conduct system analysis, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement enhancements or process optimizations.
• Configure, customize, and test SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain modules to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system
• Assist in training end-users on SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain functionality and provide ongoing user support
• Support the implementation and rollout of SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain modules, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain modules and proactively share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in system testing, including integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
• Development or configuration changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain solutions that meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills
• A strong background in SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain modules
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications/experience in SAP Finance and SD/Supply Chain modules are highly desirable.
