About Our Client
Indonesian financial services business preparing for IPO with offices in Jakarta & Singapore

This is a newly created role is to help the Group lead up to IPO. The scope will entail heading fundraising, M&A, debt markets and various strategic initiatives within the Group. It will include both independent workstreams and team-based projects and will require an individual who can lead and oversee the full transaction process.
Manage the client, originate, execute and analyse both of Indonesian-focused, equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM), and advisory transactions, including: initial public offerings, private placement, rights issues, tender offers, bond Issuances, merger & acquisitions, pre-ipo advisory, and alternative financing advisory
Construct financial models
Present marketing pitches and valuation analysis to potential clients and senior management
Lead the end-to-end creation of JVs related to Financial Services and equity fundraising for fintech initiatives
Manage Fundraising for Fintech ventures
The Successful Applicant
8-15 years experience in investment banking from International brands, PE or in-house corporate finance functions.
A fintech or startup Corporate development role experience will be very helpful.
Strong verbal and written communication skills & strong stakeholder management
High level of energy and initiative
Strong expertise in financial modeling
High degree of numeracy and attention to detail
Fundraising experience and M&A execution experience, including managing due diligence and transaction documentation processes
SEA language command in addition to English & Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
Overseas graduate
Open to expatriate, and can be based in either Indonesia or Singapore BUT MUST have Deal experience in Indonesia and in international markets (essential)
