What You’ll Do:

• Keep tracking of repayment info in the system periodically
• Provide the best service to all customersPerform other duties assigned by superiors/directors
• Collect payments from customers via Phone Calls
• Send a message to all related customers every month
• Create “Surat Peringatan” for customers who are past due more than 30 days

What You'll Need:

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
• Target oriented
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• A Diploma/Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably in desk call area experience in a fintech/e-commerce/lending service
