Yandex International Sales Department is looking for an Account manager in Indonesia.


We are introducing an advertising tool to the Southeast Asian market. We have a team of technical specialists who will take care of the technical side of the product, and now we are looking for an Account Manager who will accompany, develop and take care of e-com clients.

You should be comfortable with fast-paced work and passionate about up-sales, client relations, and technologies.

This role is based in Indonesia.


Responsibilities:

• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients

• Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations

• Help clients resolve technical and financial issues and communicate client feedback to the product team

• Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow

• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities

• Build C-level relationships to help grow current clients;

• Exceed sales, advertiser growth, and other goals;

• Assist in marketing activities in the region;

• Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.


Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting in digital advertising;

• Digital advertising industry knowledge;

• Strong analytical and business development background;

• Ability to work remotely and independently;

• Ability to build relationships offering a consultative sales approach to partners;

• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English


Preferred qualifications:

• Retargeting/remarketing experience

• In-depth knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem

• Ability to multitask and set priorities

• Knowledge of GTM, Facebook Pixel, AppsFlyer, and Adjust

• Hands-on PPC campaign management experience on digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok ads, Yandex Direct)
